Zetta Florence is a vintage stationery store on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, Australia that has been loved by a local for over 30 years. I was in charge of digital graphic design and marketing, helping the business during the biggest shopping season of the year.

Overview

Zetta Florence needed to further expand awareness for the year-end sales season, but saw only a modest increase in followers. Therefore, I hypothesised that an efficient increase in new users could be seen in a short period of time by utilising social media advertising and daily organic posting. As a result, the number of followers, access, and reach on both Facebook and Instagram grew significantly.

Expanding product awareness through paid ads and daily postings

Reel posting and content review helped grow account

The company was aiming for organic growth and had consistently turned users into fans, but lacking in reaching new users. Therefore, the team aimed to reach new users efficiently by utilising reel postings that users responded well to. We also introduced popular products on timely topics. As a result, we were able to reach potential users of Zetta Florence and grow both Facebook and Instagram accounts.

In the Christmas shopping season, I assumed that we should be aware of the open rate of emails in order to win over other brands. While there were already fans, we showed as many products as possible to get them interested in the brand in order to further increase sales. As a result, the average open rate was raised to 43.3%, 1.7 times higher than the average of 25.2% for other brands. It also raised the average order value by 42%.
